Terms and Refund Policy
By ordering from Numerical Journey, you agree to these terms.
The service
We sell personal written readings based on your first name, birth date and any note you add. Readings are created with AI, using astrology, numerology and tarot themes.
Readings are for spiritual insight, reflection and entertainment. They do not predict the future, and no outcome is promised. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, so please speak with a qualified professional about those matters.
Who can order
You must be 18 or older. Any second person you include must also be 18 or older, and you should only share their details if you have the right to do so.
Readings are not offered to customers in Japan, Mexico or Thailand.
Payment and delivery
Prices are shown on the product page. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and your bank may add its own fees or exchange rate.
After payment, we email you a private link to your reading, usually within a few minutes. If there is a delay, we keep trying automatically. Please check your Promotions and Spam folders, and contact us if it has not arrived.
Follow-up questions
Deep Dive readings include one follow-up question and Keepsake readings include two, for up to 14 days after delivery. Standard readings do not include follow-up questions. Answers are also created with AI.
Refund policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not happy with your reading for any reason, email sara@numericaljourney.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please send the email address you used to order.
Prefer a different reading? Tell us within 30 days and we will refund this one so you can order the one you want. Readings are digital, so there is nothing to send back.
Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take a few days to reach your account. Follow-up questions end once an order is refunded.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Using your reading
Your reading is for your personal use. Your private link is for you, so please keep it safe. It works for 30 days after delivery, when your reading is deleted, so please save a copy before then. Please do not resell our readings or use the site to harm, harass or spy on anyone.
Our responsibility
You are responsible for the decisions you make after reading our content. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
