Privacy Policy
We use your details only to create and deliver your reading, and we never sell them.
What we use
Your first name, birth date, email and anything you add to your order or follow-up questions. We also record your IP address and the link that brought you here, and use a cookie to keep the site working.
Your card details go to our payment processor. We never see or store them.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run this site: payment, AI to write your reading, email, web hosting and web fonts. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We delete your details and reading from our site 30 days after your reading is delivered, and your private link stops working then. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Unpaid checkouts are deleted after about 14 days. The free Cosmic Profile page does not save your birth date.
We keep an order longer only if it still needs delivering, or for up to 120 days if a payment is disputed. Our payment and email providers, our web host's backups and our mailbox may keep copies for longer, including your email address and any messages between us.
Age limit
This service is for adults 18 and over.
